- Limited to backup software products supported by S2's TRACS software.
- Customers may specify patterns of files to extract (e.g all PSTs, all EDBs, emails to/from a single custodian/email user)
- Limited to 500 GB of data on one disk or backup tape
- S2 will need access to the backup to perform the restore. (i.e. backup disk/tape shipped to S2, or customer grants remote access to VM in customer's environment)
