Insightful and entertaining
They are shedding light on a very crucial part of business that doesn’t seem to get enough attention. Cyber attacks are only ramping up more, and backup is only going to become more important. Plus they make a “boring” topic entertaining which can be tough!

Really educational, they make me think!
These guys make me think every episode. Well worth the time!

Glad this podcast exists!
I’m very glad that there is a backup focused podcast. I am a backup and recovery administrator and it’s really nice to find a source of information I can learn from. Not only is this podcast informative, it’s also entertaining! Highly recommended!

I want to see Curtis with a Santa beard
I like and have been listening to the show for a while now.

Worthy of its’ title
Always interesting and entertaining, learn about increasing your resiliency in the digital world. You wouldn’t NOT carry insurance on your car/home/business, so why would you not have your irreplaceable data not safely secured AND backed up?

Always a good listen
Enjoy the weekly catchup with Curtis & Prasanna. Plenty of news and topical information for all things backup and DR issues. You may even get some car maintenance tips

Must listen if you have anything to do with data
I listen to this podcast to learn how to think better protecting data. I’ve been reading Curtis’ blog for many years, I’ve got personal notes from his posts that are over 10 years old. I’m still learning. I like Curtis and Prasanna’s banter, but I really like the stories of how others failed and what they learnt. But seriously, I’m leaving this comment just so Curtis grows a Santa Beard.

For anyone who cares about their data!
Curtis knows his data protection methodologies and if may CTO’s and IT manager had only listened to this - they would still have their jobs today! 3-2-1-1-0 !!
Amazing! An ongoing education in everything backup and disaster recovery (DR) related. Entertaining and very informative.

a fine fine technical podcast!
Good content, good host energy that helps add color to what could easily be dry material! FDR once gave this wise speaking advice: "Be sincere, be brief, be seated." This podcast does a nice job of this.

Funny and informative
I really enjoy this podcast. I learn something every week. Curtis is so informative and wise, and I love just listening to him. I feel that every IT professional responsible for keeping data available during small and large disasters should listen to this. There was also a very informative detour about COVID-19 with a medical professional when COVID-19 was first wracking the world.

Awesome content
These guys really break it down for the listener, and the guests that Curtis brings on add a ton of color to the topic at hand. 5/5 for sure.

Outstanding Content!
Curtis and Prasanna do a great job every week discussing the real life experiences of an area in Technology Operations that most people won’t find sexy, but need to take care of every day! They bring humor and insight that is definitely worth subscribing and listening to. This week, they have a Doctor on who is discussing the Cover-19 pandemic and the quality of the discussion and information presented is really outstanding! People should be listening!

Worth your time listening
Curtis is a long-time expert in data recovery and you can hear this come through in the podcast. The topics are quick, simple and really consumable. I'd recommend people put this podcast on their list if they want to keep up to date on latest data protection challenges. Obviously Curtis works for Druva and Druva does get referenced, but the sales pitch isn't the focus of this podcast.
